MOONDANCE – Owner Mr. Martin Collins

A Legend 36 – came to us for lots of work. The boat had the topsides re-gelled completely. All the fractures and stargrazed areas were removed prior to this.
While the boat was in our boat shed and the mast was down, the owner took the opportunity to have some new rigging work carried out as well. A new Bow Roller was also supplied and fitted. The boat was transformed as you can see by the before and after pictures.

COLD FUSION – owner Mr. Greg Lamb

This Trimaran had a damage to the sponson as you can see from the pictures. This was cut out, a mould made and a new section made up which was then laminated in. The pictures show the finished result.

Samurai

Our customer wanted the topsides of his Hunter Sonata re-gelled which we carried out in our boat shed.  See pictures of boat before and after.

The old fractures in the topsides under the old gel were taken care of first, then the boat was sprayed with new gel and sanded back and polished many times to achieve the right finish.

Black Shark

A customer brought his motor boat to us, which he wanted modifying to accommodate him in his wheel chair. While the boat was in our shed, apart from having a door cut and moulded into the side for the wheelchair access, we also fitted a scissor lift to lift the wheelchair up to the helmsman seat, made and fitted a new helmsman seat base, we made new control panels to accommodate the wheelchair and then all the electrics had to be re-wired.

We then fitted a bow thruster, constructed and fitted a new teak deck, had a new bimini frame made and fitted. The boat was re-antifouled, polished and had new lines and graphics applied before coming out of the shed and being lifted back into the water. Later a ramp was made to allow the wheel chair to move from a pontoon onto the deck of the boat

Tip Toe

The boat was bought into our shed and then had the Topsides re-painted, the bottom re-antifouled and had a new teak toe rail fitted. We also had our rigger supply and fit new standing rigging on her.
